What goes into your contract.
Each promise is a clause. Each clause is binding. Each clause has a written consequence if we don't keep it.
Dated delivery + written consequence.
Your handover date is on the contract. Every week we're late beyond grace, we pay you a written consequence — not a discount, not goodwill, a sum.
Daily and weekly evidence.
Daily site photographs, and every Friday at 18:00 IST without exception: photo log, this-week summary, next-week plan, money status. Plus a live dashboard you log into.
One named Single Point of Contact, end-to-end.
From the first call to the handover walkthrough, one person on WhatsApp. The same person who signs your contract supervises your build.
Structural cover, written into the contract.
A defined structural cover, signed into the same contract as the build itself. The same firm. The same office. The same phone if anything moves.
